It's amazing how much we think we know about our world. Then we leave the country for the first time and our perspective expands in unimaginable ways. That first cappuccino in Prague or a chocolate filled croissant in Switzerland makes you realize what you've been missing your whole life. Having traveled to 15 countries since college, I now crave that feeling of discovery.
